Stage AI Terms of Service

Effective date: May 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stage AI, also referred to as Staged AI, including the mobile application, related websites, project sharing pages, AI generation features, support services, and any other products or services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Service").

Stage AI is operated by Exypnos Development ("Stage AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the Service without parental consent. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, real estate agency, design studio, brokerage, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. The Service

Stage AI helps users create AI-assisted virtual staging images, organize designs into projects, add optional project photos, save or share results, and, when available, publish shareable project links for client review.

The Service may include local device features, cloud-backed features, third-party AI processing, analytics, crash reporting, app store services, and integrations with device camera, photo library, gallery, and sharing features.

We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

4. Accounts

The current app may allow certain functionality without an account. If we add account creation, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when necessary.

If account creation is available, you may request account deletion through the method we provide in-app or through the external deletion contact or URL we make available.

5. User Content

"User Content" means any content you upload, submit, create, generate, store, share, or publish through the Service, including photos, room images, reference images, project photos, generated designs, prompts, custom instructions, project names, generation names, descriptions, locations, and share-link content.

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to any rights owned by others. You grant Stage AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, process, transmit, display, and create derivative works from User Content solely as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, improve, and operate the Service, including AI generation, project storage, shareable links, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and customer support.

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that:

  • You own or have the rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed to upload, process, generate, use, and share it.
  • Your use of the Service will not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contractual, real estate, listing, platform, confidentiality, or other rights of any person or entity.
  • You have any required permission to upload images of properties, interiors, addresses, occupants, personal belongings, artwork, branded items, confidential spaces, or people.
  • Your User Content and use of outputs will comply with applicable law and these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated outputs are created by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, biased, visually inconsistent, or similar to outputs generated for other users. We do not guarantee that outputs will be unique, error-free, commercially suitable, legally compliant, or fit for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before using them in real estate listings, advertisements, client presentations, social media, websites, brochures, or other materials.

Stage AI is a visualization tool. It does not provide architectural, engineering, legal, financial, appraisal, property condition, safety, construction, interior design, or real estate compliance advice.

Do not use outputs to mislead clients, buyers, tenants, agents, platforms, regulators, or the public. If a listing, advertising rule, MLS rule, consumer protection law, or professional standard requires disclosure that an image is virtually staged, edited, AI-generated, or illustrative, you are responsible for making that disclosure.

7. Shareable Project Links

If shareable project links are available, you may create a link that displays selected project information, generated images, optional extra project photos, descriptions, locations, and related content for client or public viewing.

You understand that:

  • Anyone with the link may be able to view the shared project.
  • Recipients may download, screenshot, copy, save, or re-share content.
  • We cannot control access after you share a link with others.
  • You are responsible for deciding what project information is appropriate to include.
  • You must not share confidential, private, sensitive, infringing, unlawful, or unauthorized content.

We may remove, disable, or restrict shareable links that violate these Terms, infringe rights, create security risk, or may expose us or others to legal or safety issues.

8. Project Photos and Client Materials

The optional project photo feature is intended to let agents or users add additional property or project images, such as listing photos, exterior shots, floor plans, detail photos, or client review images.

Only upload project photos that you are allowed to use and share. Do not upload private documents, sensitive personal information, images of people without required consent, or confidential client materials unless you have permission and the use is lawful.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, contract, platform rule, or third-party right.
  • Upload, generate, publish, or share unlawful, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, abusive, violent, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Create or distribute content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or content that endangers minors.
  • Misrepresent real property condition, availability, features, safety, defects, measurements, ownership, legal status, or listing details.
  • Remove required disclosures that content is virtually staged, edited, illustrative, or AI-generated.
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
  • Use the Service to build a competing model or service in violation of third-party AI provider terms.
  • Circumvent usage limits, subscription controls, security measures, watermarking, or access restrictions.
  • Use generated outputs for high-risk decisions, legal compliance determinations, regulated professional advice, or any purpose where inaccurate output could cause serious harm.

10. Reporting Offensive or Problematic AI Content

If you see offensive, unlawful, unsafe, or otherwise problematic AI-generated content, report it to support@stagedai.app. If in-app reporting becomes available, you should use the in-app reporting flow. We may use reports to improve safeguards, investigate misuse, restrict access, or remove content.

11. Paid Features, Subscriptions, and Billing

Some features may be free, limited, paid, subscription-based, or usage-based. If paid features are offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play, purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the applicable store according to its rules and your store account settings.

Unless required by law or the applicable app store policy, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for managing cancellations, renewals, and payment methods through the store or payment provider used for the purchase.

We may change free limits, paid features, pricing, or plan benefits prospectively, subject to applicable law and store requirements.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, branding, logos, workflows, interfaces, text, graphics, icons, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Stage AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks, branding, source code, models, prompts, systems, or proprietary technology except for the limited right to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services, SDKs, APIs, app stores, AI providers, cloud providers, storage providers, analytics providers, payment providers, or operating-system features. Your use of those services may be subject to third-party terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by law. We may change providers or integrations at any time.

14. App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store:

  • These Terms are between you and Stage AI, not Apple.
  • Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service.
  • To the extent any warranty exists and is not disclaimed, Apple's responsibility is limited to refunding the purchase price of the app, if applicable.
  • Apple is not responsible for product claims, intellectual property claims, consumer protection claims, or legal compliance claims related to the Service.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.

If you downloaded the app from Google Play, your use is also subject to applicable Google Play terms and policies.

15. Feedback

If you send feedback, suggestions, ideas, or feature requests, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, misused the Service, infringed rights, failed to pay amounts due, or if required by law or third-party platform rules.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership, licenses needed for retained content, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and payment obligations.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every device, or that AI outputs will be accurate, unique, lawful, or suitable for your intended use.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stage AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, property transaction losses, or substitute services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Stage AI for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) INR 8,500 or USD 100, depending on the currency most closely connected to your purchase.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

19. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stage AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service.
  • Your User Content or shared project links.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of law or third-party rights.
  • Your use of AI outputs in listings, marketing, client materials, or public communications.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction require a different governing law.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@stagedai.app and try to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts with competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring claims in another forum.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the app, website, store listing, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

22. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented in the Service, are the entire agreement between you and Stage AI regarding the Service.
